If I saw his photo on your website, is he a scammer? He is messaging me through Hangouts and goes by the name of Scott Walker. All photos he has sent me which are supposed to be of himself, show up in your website. He asked for eBay. These are the photos he sent me, along with how he shows up on Hangouts. I have sent two payments for a total of $300 and now he wants an iPhone which I am not sending.
