INFORMANT:
He contacted me on instagram and immediately wanted to switch to hangout. He says he is in Libya and that his wife went with her son to Canada. He was asking for money or iTunes cards.
He also wanted me to send a letter to the general, I didn not send, and then I found out that in exchange for that letter they ask for money to let him out.
It varied between affection and violence, when I told him that I’m not going to send the message to the general, he was very violent.
